TERMS OF SUBSCRIPTION FOR PARENTS
ABOUT US AND HOW TO CONTACT US
2.1 We are Gentle Kids Limited, a company registered in Hong Kong. Our company registration number is and our registered office is located at Unit 972, 9/F, Building 19W, No, 19 Science Park West Avenue, Hong Kong Science Park.

2.4 If we have to contact you, we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us.
2.5 When we use the words “writing” or “written” in these terms, this includes emails.
CHANGE OF TERMS
3.1 We may amend these terms from time to time by posting the updated terms on our Platform. If we make material changes, we will notify you of the changes before they become effective. By continuing to use our Platform and our services after the changes come into effect means that you agree to be bound by the revised policy.
5.1 Payment; renewal
(a) By subscribing to a subscription plan, you authorize Gentle Kids to charge the applicable recurring subscription fees to your designated billing payment method.
(b) When you initially subscribe to a subscription plan, you will be charged immediately for the initial term of the subscription at the then-current fee for the applicable subscription tier. Unless you notify us of your decision to terminate your subscription plan, your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each subscription term at the then-current fee.
(c) You will be charged in advance for the renewal term of the subscription plan on your applicable billing date (“Charge Date”) Each charge on the applicable Charge Date applies to the subscription period immediately following the Charge Date (e.g., the calendar year immediately following the Charge Date).
5.2 Cancellation of a subscription plan
(a) To cancel a subscription plan, please follow the process set forth in your account settings on the Platform. Once you have canceled your subscription, Gentle Kids will suspend the auto-renew from your applicable payment method until and unless you re-subscribe. All of the fees paid and charges made prior to termination are non-refundable. Termination of your subscription shall not relieve you of any obligations to pay accrued charges. Your subscription plan will terminate on the end date of the subscription period.
6.1 We may increase the price payable for any subscription plan, effective the first day of a renewal term by giving you notice of the new cost at least thirty (30) days before the renewal term. If you do not cancel your subscription, you shall be deemed to have accepted the new cost for that renewal term and any subsequent renewal terms (unless the fees are increased in the same manner for a subsequent renewal term).
6.2 Reductions in fees become effective on the next renewal term without any pro rata for the period covered under the then preceding subscription period.
ACCESSING OUR SERVICES
7.1 We make every effort to ensure that our Platforms are always available, but we cannot guarantee that services will not be interrupted. We will not be liable to you if for any reason our services are unavailable at any time or for any period.
7.2 You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary for you to have access to our services. You are also responsible for ensuring that all persons who access our services through your internet connection are aware of these Payment Terms and other applicable terms and conditions and that they comply with them.
9.1 We value and welcome feedback on our Platform. You agree that we are free to use, disclose, adopt and/or modify any feedback and any information (including any ideas, concepts, proposals, suggestions, or comments) provided by you to use in connection with our Platform or any products or services we offer, without any payment to you.
9.2 You hereby waive and agree to waive any rights to claim for any fees, royalties, charges, or other payments in relation to our use, disclosure, adoption, and/or modification of any of your feedback.
10.1 These terms will continue to apply until terminated by either you or us as follows.
10.2 You may stop using the Platform at any time by deactivating your account.
10.3 We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Platform if we reasonably believe:
(a) you are in serious or repeated breach of these terms (including a prolonged failure to settle any payment);
(b) you are using the Platform in a manner that would cause a real risk of harm or loss to us, other users, or the public.
(c) we are requested to do so by government or regulatory authorities or as required under applicable laws, regulations,c or legal processes; or
(d) our provision of the Platform to you is no longer possible or commercially viable.
In any of the above cases, we will notify you by the email address associated with your account or at the next time you attempt to access your account, unless we are prohibited from notifying you by law.
10.4 Where we consider it necessary or appropriate, we will report any breach of these terms (or the Acceptable Use Policy) to law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with such authorities by disclosing your identity and providing any information about you within our systems to them.
11.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between any user and us in relation to the use of or any transactions on the Platform. These terms supersede and extinguish all other agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations, and understandings between any user and us, whether written or oral, in relation to the use of any transaction on the Platform.
11.2 You acknowledge that you will have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance, or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in these terms.
