About Chin Studio

Chin Studio provides children and teenagers aged 3-12 with: visual art class, graffiti painting class, creative ink painting class, calligraphy class, visual art class, cartoon and comics class, sketch class, watercolor/opaque watercolour class, pastel class, Oil painting class, creative digital computer painting class. The content of the course is tailored to the intellectual characteristics of children at different ages, focusing on skills training, as well as the cultivation of observation, imagination and creativity. In addition to the long-term courses, there are also special summer painting courses, which are convenient for children to add value and cultivate interest during the holidays. The summer courses can be freely combined (for example, there are three classes a week and two to three subjects can be selected).

The founder of the studio, Mr. Lim Chiu Chin, has been engaged in art teaching for more than 20 years. Mr. Lim has rich teaching experiences, his students’ ages range from 3 to 50. He once taught at Shanyue Studio and was also invited to establish art courses for universities, middle schools, and elementary schools. Chin Studio adopts Ron Phil’s philosophy in art education: focusing on enhancing children’s creativity, not just achieving goals, and hoping that children will not only be creative in painting/calligraphy, but also in different aspects of life.
